Project briefs

Information submitted through project, guided, brand, visual-content, domain, launch, Complete and review briefs is used to evaluate, define, build, review and/or launch the project you are asking about.

Submission context

USONL records contextual information such as which USONL page and form produced a submission so that the enquiry can be understood and answered correctly.

Technical processing

Hosting, DNS/CDN/security and email providers may process limited technical information required to operate and protect the service. The form system uses security controls such as rate limiting and CSRF protection.

Credentials

Do not submit your primary hosting, registrar or remote-access passwords through a normal USONL project form. Access is arranged separately when needed.

Storage

USONL does not intentionally create a marketing profile database from project briefs. Initial enquiries that do not proceed are removed from active working records within a maximum of 7 days. When a project proceeds, relevant business, contractual, production or accounting records may be retained for the time needed to deliver the service, meet legal obligations or handle claims.

Visual assets

The initial Visual Content brief asks about your assets but does not require file uploads. If you later provide photos, logos or other materials, you are responsible for having the rights needed for the intended project use.

Tracking

No advertising trackers or behavioural marketing pixels are intentionally used by USONL.
