The product is deliberately simple. These are the details that usually matter before someone commits time or money.
Do I pay $99 every month?
No. $99 is the one-time price for the defined Landing package. Hosting, domain registration and third-party services are separate unless a package explicitly says otherwise.
When does the 24–48 hour target start?
After the brief is complete enough to build and the project fits the package. Priority uses a separate private-preview target. Third-party delays are not counted as USONL production time.
Do I see the landing before final delivery?
Yes. The normal process includes a private preview and one structured revision round before final delivery.
What does one revision mean?
Corrections and reasonable changes to the agreed landing. It is not a completely new business direction, a second website or unlimited redesign.
Do I need to know web design or AI?
No. Explain the business in normal language. USONL handles the web structure and may use multiple specialist systems internally where useful.
Do I need to give you my hosting password?
Normally no. We prefer temporary/collaborator access, a limited technical account or an attended TeamViewer/AnyDesk session.
What exactly does Launch include?
Installation on compatible existing hosting, SSL/HTTPS configuration, domain/DNS connection where needed, QA on the live hosting, and one domain email where your provider supports it.
Will you configure email on every phone and computer?
No. The Launch package covers creation and basic verification of one domain mailbox where supported. Ongoing device-by-device support is outside the fixed package unless agreed separately.
Why do I buy the hosting if Complete includes the first year?
Because we prefer the account to belong to you. If an eligible multi-year plan is chosen, we calculate the equivalent first-year share and credit it against the USONL Complete price. The exact calculation is shown before payment.
What if the hosting plan includes a free domain?
Register it directly in your own account using your ownership details. Provider promotions vary, so we confirm what applies before purchase.
Are premium domains included in Complete?
No. Complete covers the research and a standard-domain path. Premium or aftermarket names are outside the package and are never silently added.
What does the domain study produce?
A shortlist of 10 strategically relevant .com candidates available at the time of research, based on the business, market, language and naming direction you give us.
What if I do not know what my brand should look like?
That is fine. Use the Brand or Visual Content brief and choose “recommend it for me” where appropriate.
What is Priority?
Priority is the Complete package with queue priority. The target is a private preview within 12 hours after an accepted complete brief. DNS, registrar, provider or customer-response delays are outside that target.
Who owns the finished website?
After payment and final delivery, the finished agreed deliverable is yours. Third-party services, fonts, stock assets or external software remain subject to their own licenses where applicable.
Who is behind USONL?
USONL is a focused 4ONL initiative operated through 4OnlCom LLC. Larger or more custom digital projects can move to the wider 4ONL route.
